Learning proverbs and idioms can be a fun way to learn about the people that speak the language. I will post the ones we study in class as well as new ones here. Remember, you can't determine the meaning with a literal translation,so you will have to think about it. If you are an artist and would like to draw a picture to illustrate one of these, I will publish your work here for us all to enjoy!
